How you going?

In private testing

Somewhere to say how you’re really going.

A few sliders and a few words, whenever suits you. It keeps track of your days, replies the way a good mate would, and picks a sensible time to check in again.

How it works

  1. Check in

Slide mood, energy, stress and anxiety from 0 to 10, and add anything you want to get off your chest. Skip whatever you like.

  2. Get a reply

Warm, curious and never a lecture, drawing on ideas from CBT. If you’d rather just be heard, tick “Just listen”.

  3. See the pattern

Graphs show how you’re going across a day, a week and longer. It checks in again when it makes sense, and stays quiet overnight.

What it isn’t

It isn’t therapy, and it won’t diagnose you. It’s a place to reflect, not a replacement for your GP, a therapist or a crisis line.

When things sound serious, it says so plainly and points you to real help, like your GP, NHS Talking Therapies or Samaritans.

There are no streaks to keep up and no guilt for missing a day.

Private by design

  • Stored in the EU

Each person’s check-ins are kept in a separate, private database of their own.

  • Nothing personal on your lock screen

Reminders just say it’s time for a check-in. What you wrote never appears in a notification.

  • Locked to you

The app opens with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN, and blocks screenshots and app-switcher previews.

  • No ads, no tracking

This site doesn’t use cookies or analytics either.
